Open your Windows PowerShell (Run with Administrator) Then stop by command: & "C:Program FilesOracleVirtualBoxVBoxManage.exe" controlvm "Your-VM-Name" poweroff the output from running the comment: 0%...10%...20%...30%...40%...50%...60%...70%...80%...90%...100% The vm will be shutdown After the vm successfully shutdown, then please change VGA Graphic Controller to VBoxSVGA. Now, try to start your vm
